CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkg. (4 oz.) Buddig corn beef
1 bunch long stem onions
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. Accent
1-2 c. ground pecans

Chop corn beef and onions, including stems, real fine. Blend all but nuts together. Shape into ball. Cover with pecans. Serve with crackers of choice.
