CORN BEEF BALLS 
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can corn beef spread
3 tbsp. drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix cheese, corned beef and pineapple and chill. Form into 12 to 15 balls and roll in mixture of parsley and nuts. Chill and serve.
