H.T.'S PORK ROAST AND SAUCE 
Rolled loin pork roast
2/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Simmer 30 minutes and brush on a rolled pork loin roast slow-cooked over charcoal. Brush on 30 minutes before the roast is served. Leftovers may be sliced and cooked in a crockery slow cooker with a bottled barbecue sauce for several hours and served on hamburger or brat buns.
