3 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz with jalapeno
Fritos, crushed

Combine first 5 ingredients. Cover top with crushed Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or more.
