2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
Pinch of salt
20 oz. crushed pineapples
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix together and bake for 40-45 minutes.

ICING:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Spread on hot or cool cake.
