1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix together cake ingredients. Pour into round layer cake pans. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. After cake is cooled, mix together frosting and frost. Refrigerate cake several hours.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant pudding
1 lg. can pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
