SUPER GOOD CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 20 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 3 oz. vanilla instant pudding 1/2 c. coconut 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. chopped nuts Bake cake as directed for an 11"x13"x2" cake. While cake bakes simmer sugar and undrained pineapple (bring to a boil). When cake is done, poke holes in it with a table fork and pour pineapple mixture over cake. Chill. Mix pudding as directed, add coconut, spread over cake. Spread Cool Whip over cake, sprinkle with nuts and cherries if desired. |
