CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water 1 1/2 c. raw rice Salt and pepper 1 stick butter 1 chicken, cut up or quartered Mix first 7 ingredients in large baking dish. Place chicken on top of soup mixture. Cut 1 stick butter on top. Cover with foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Remove foil and bake about 15 minutes longer. |
