CHICKEN AND RICE 
5 chicken breasts or 10 thighs or 15 legs
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. long grain wild rice, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom bits
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together. Lay chicken on top, skin side up. Cover all with foil. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove foil; brush with butter. Bake 15 minutes.
