MEXICAN - STYLE CABBAGE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 c. water
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 cloves of garlic
Pinch of cumin seed
1 med. cabbage, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
Corn, cut from 2 ears
1 tomato, diced
1 green pepper, diced

Cook meat in boiling water until tender; season. Add remaining ingredients; cook until near all the water has evaporated. Yield: 6 servings.
