MOCK MINCE PIE 
1 c. chopped raisins
4 lg. crackers, rolled fine
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c sugar
1 c. cold strong tea
1 tbsp. butter (oleo)
Dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Cover with top crust. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) for 25 minutes.
