ZUCCHINI CAKE WITH BROILED ICING 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together and spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost while warm with the following.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Melt butter and add ingredients. Spread on warm cake when it comes from oven and broil to brown and bubbly.
