ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

SOUR CREAM FROSTING:

1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat together until smooth. Frost cake when cool.
