ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
1 c. crushed pineapple

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Add the next 4 ingredients and beat. Add the final 2 ingredients and beat well. Pour into a buttered cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Blend together the ingredients for the topping and spread over the cake.
