CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
3 (1 oz.) sqs. chocolate, melted
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. grated orange
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whole fresh strawberries

Cream butter gradually add sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in next 4 ingredients. Combine flour, powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture mixing well. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Remove and place on wire rack. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sift over warm cake. Cool completely. Fill center with strawberries if desired.
