GRILLED OR BROILED FILLET OR
WHOLE FISH
 
2 or more lbs. fish (fillet or whole)
Salt & pepper to suit
1/4 c. yellow mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. ground parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. olive oil

Excluding the fish mix all other ingredients together. Add the oil last. This will allow seasoning to blend before sealed with the oil. Cook fish on high broil or hot coals repeatedly basting with the seasoning.

Cook only until white flaky meat with brown to blackened surface. Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with grilled yellow squash, tomatoes and baked potato.
