PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. bell peppers, finely chopped (red and green)
1/4 c. hot peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Green food coloring

Use some vinegar in blender and chop peppers quickly. Use large cooking pot. Mix peppers, vinegar, and sugar. Bring to rolling boil. Cook 7 minutes. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Add Certo. Mix thoroughly. Pour in jars and seal.
