PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Also goes well over rice or noodles.

3 or 4 bone in or boneless pork chops
1 can French onion soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
salt and fresh ground black peppercorns

Preheat oven to 350°F. Salt and pepper both sides of chops and lay in 10x13-inch casserole dish. Whisk together both soups, milk and mushrooms until mixture is smooth. Pour over chops and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on thickness of chops. Serve immediately.
