CABBAGE, POTATO AND PORK CHOPS
CASSEROLE
 
Sm. head cabbage, sliced
4 to 6 med. potatoes, sliced
6 to 8 lean pork chops
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour to roll pork chops

In large casserole, place a layer of cabbage, and a layer of potatoes. Roll pork chops in flour and seasonings; brown on both sides. Put 3 to 4 chops on top of potatoes. Repeat layers. Pour the milk over the layers. The flour will make it thicken. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 325 degree oven.
