GRANDMA'S PORK CHOP AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
6-8 pork chops
8-10 potatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Brown pork chops. Peel and slice potatoes into round circles about 1/2 inch thick. In a long casserole dish or baking pan. Lay a layer of potatoes. Then a layer of pork chops. Mix onion soup mix with 1 cup of water and pour over potatoes and pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender.
