BAKED BANANAS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. ice water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
10 bananas

Combine flour, sugar, salt, egg, water and oil in medium bowl, beating until smooth. Add 1 cup ice cubes to cool. Peel and thinly slice bananas. Dip into batter. Fry in additional oil until lightly browned. 5 servings.
