TOFFEE CAKE 
Chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (6 oz.) sm. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed sweetened milk
1 carton Cool Whip
1 Heath candy bar

Mix cake according to package directions. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake. Poke holes in cake. Pour Eagle Brand over cake while cake is still warm. Place in refrigerator to cool. When chilled, spread Cool Whip over cake. Crumble Heath bar and sprinkle over top.
