TOFFEE COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Heath bars
2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugars, flour and butter like a pie crust and save out 1/2 cup crumbs. Add eggs, soda, vanilla and buttermilk; beat well.

Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs on top. Crush 5 Heath bars and spread over crumbs. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
