TOFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. box INSTANT vanilla pudding
1 sm. box INSTANT butterscotch pudding
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Beat all cake ingredients for 2 minutes. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1/3 of batter in pan and spoon 2/3 of topping then the remaining batter and then sprinkle remaining topping.

Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
