2 med. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 bunch scallions, washed and chopped
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Rinse cucumber slices in cold water, dry thoroughly. Place in medium bowl, add sour cream, scallions, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.

Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
