GUACAMOLE SPECIALTY 
2 med. ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
1 c. chopped lettuce
1 lg. bunch green onions with tops (1 c.)
3 med. sized chopped tomatoes
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans chopped olives
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Lg. round tortilla chips

Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium sized bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix in bowl. To assemble, spread bean dip on large shallow serving platter. Top with seasoned avocado mixture. Layer with sour cream and taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with round tortilla chips. Makes 20 appetizer servings.
