LAYERED GUACAMOLE DISH 
4 to 5 large ripe avocados
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Salt to taste
5 to 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Lemon juice
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
4 oz. Colby cheese, grated
2 lg. ripe tomatoes, chopped
Chopped black olives
Salsa (optional)

Mash avocados well. Add all seasonings except lemon juice. Add more garlic and Tabasco, to taste. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread avocado on large plate and top with onions, cheese, tomatoes and olives. For a spicier taste, add some salsa. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
