1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 sm. onion, minced
1 sm. garlic bud, minced
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. each cloves, cinnamon, and sage
1 tbsp. minced celery leaves or 1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 to 2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Uncooked pastry for 2 crust pie
