OIL AND GARLIC SPAGHETTI WITH
ANCHOVIES
 
1 c. cooked spaghetti
2 anchovy fillets
3 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Place anchovies in small saute pan. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, anchovies will start to dissolve. Add oil and stir, anchovies should break up until they are almost completely dissolved. Add garlic, lightly brown (do not burn). Remove from heat. Add warmed spaghetti, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve. Yields: 1 serving.

The only thing I changed is I added some water from the spaghetti cooking. It stops the garlic from burning. I used Parmesan cheese for serving. Also I slice the garlic instead of mincing it. I loved it. Thank You.
