SPAGHETTI AND GARLIC 
10 cloves thin sliced garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. whipping cream
3/4 lb. cooked spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Saute garlic in olive oil until almost turning brown. Add the cream, a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 2 minutes to reduce the cream. Toss with hot spaghetti just removed from the water. Top with lots of grated cheese.
