SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OIL 
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. olive oil (more or less to taste)
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Dash of black pepper
6 oz. hot cooked spaghetti noodles

In a small skillet, cook garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Stir in parsley, salt, red pepper and black pepper. Heat and stir for 3 minutes. Toss garlic mixture with spaghetti until coated. Sprinkle slivered almonds over top and serve immediately. Approximately 4 side dish servings.
