GARLIC SPAGHETTI 
1 box linguine noodles
7 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. pre-cooked baby shrimp
Parmesan cheese

Dice garlic and brown in olive oil in small saucepan; boil noodles in large pot; drain noodles, except for 1 cup of water; put noodles back in pot; add water to oil/garlic mix and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes; add mixture back to noodles; add package of defrosted shrimp; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese (to taste). Serves 6.

Very healthy and tasty. Added orange sweet pepper, sweet onion, and tiny broccoli florets when browning garlic right before pasta water. I also used big shrimp--my family loved it!
