SPAGHETTI WITH OIL & GARLIC | |
1/2 lb. spaghetti 1/2 c. olive oil or vegetable oil 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender. Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Drain spaghetti and put in serving bowl. Pour oil and garlic over spaghetti and mix well. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately. Serves 4. |
