AGLI'E OLIO (GARLIC, OIL AND COOKED SPAGHETTI) | |
8 garlic cloves, peeled 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/2 c. olive oil 1 lb. cooked spaghetti In a skillet, saute garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in oil over medium heat. When garlic begins to turn brown, remove from heat. Toss entire contents with 1 lb. cooked spaghetti. Serve with a sprinkle of Italian bread crumbs. |
