GRANDMA SOPHIE'S SPAGHETTI WITH
GARLIC AND OIL
 
1 box spaghetti
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Olive oil
Parsley, optional
Salt & pepper to taste

Prepare spaghetti. Save 1/2 cup of the water the spaghetti was cooked in. In a frying pan, heat oil. Add slices of garlic. Fry until soft. Take off heat. Add 1/2 cup reserved water. Pour over hot spaghetti. Add parsley if desired. Use salt and pepper to taste.
