PECAN-CROWNED BAKED BRIE 
Place a 2 pound whole, firm Brie cheese in a 10 to 11-inch round rimmed baking dish. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Arrange one cup pecans halves on top. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven just until cheese begins to melt, about 15 to 20 minutes. Scoop up with apple wedges that have been previously dipped in lemon juice. Keep hot on a warming tray.
