MEATLOAF ITALIANO 
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cans Italian tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly and shape into meatloaf. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over meat. Bake 1 hour.
