2 c. creme filled chocolate cookie, crushed
6 tbsp. butter, softened for the crust
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/4 c. cream filled cookies

For crust: combine cookies and butter. Press onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Soften gelatin in water, stir over heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with mixer until blended. Chill mixture until thickened, but not set. Fold in whipping cream. Save 1 1/2 cups cream mixture. Pour remaining mixture over crust. Top with chopped cookies and then top this with reserved cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
