LITTLE CREAM CHEESE COOKIE/CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) round pkg. soft cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
Maraschino cherries
Cupcake papers

Mix together until creamy. Put one vanilla wafer on bottom of cupcake paper in muffin pan. Fill 1/2 full with cheese mixture. Top with maraschino cherry 1/2. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees (will not turn brown). Cool completely at room temperature. Remove paper if desired but not necessary. If to be kept for length of time; refrigerate.
