COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. (24) crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
6 tbsp. butter, softened

FILLING:

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/4 c. (10) chopped chocolate sandwich cookies

CRUST: Mix 2 cups cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and sides of 9" springform pan.

FILLING: Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and milk; refrigerate until slightly thickened.

Fold in whipped cream. Reserve 1 1/2 cups cream cheese mixture; pour remaining cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with 1 1/4 cups chopped cookies and reserved cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
