1 gal. cider
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 sticks cinnamon
12 whole cloves
12 whole allspice

Put into 30 cup coffee maker. Put rest of ingredients in upper basket. Plug in and perk as you would for coffee. Serves 24.
