CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. green onion
3/4 c. sliced celery
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. crumbled oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 lb. grated yellow Cheddar cheese
6 oz. corn chips

Saute 1/4 cup sliced green onion with 3/4 cup sliced celery. Then mix eggs, milk, oregano, salt and corn. Add the sauteed onion and celery.

In a casserole dish, layer the corn mixture, corn chips and cheese until you run out. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered.
