CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. sliced green onions
3/4 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
6 oz. corn chips
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter. Combine eggs, milk, spices, corn and sauteed mixture.

Butter large casserole. Thinly layer corn mixture, corn chips and cheese until you run out of ingredients, end with chips. Bake 325 degrees 40 minutes, uncovered.
