1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. corn syrup 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. salt 12 oz. white chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts 2 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces Combine sugar, corn syrup, milk and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once mixture starts to boil, cook 10 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 225 degrees. Add butter and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 7x9 inch greased pan. Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting. |
