HONEY ROLLS 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
1 yeast cake
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
2 lg. eggs

Stir the butter in hot scalded milk until butter melts. Let it cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the cool milk mixture along with the salt and 2 cups flour. Blend in the eggs and rest of the flour to make a soft dough. Knead lightly. Place in buttered bowl, cover and let rise until double the size. Shape into rolls. Cover and let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
