TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix together and set aside. 1 c. water 2 tbsp. cocoa

In a saucepan bring to a boil. Add at once to number one mixture. Pour into an 11 x 17 inch sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Frost while warm.

FROSTING FOR TEXAS SHEET CAKE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter

In saucepan bring together and boil 1 minute. Add: 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat and spread on cake.
