HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. hash browns 1 tsp. salt 8 oz. sour cream 12 oz. Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. melted butter Mix hash browns, soup, salt, sour cream and Velveeta and place in a greased 3 quart casserole. Top with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. |
