HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 large bag shredded hash browns
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 onion (optional)

Mix cheese, hash browns and sour cream. Melt butter and pour over corn flakes in a pan, 9 x 13. Top with mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Ham is also good when added to the mixture.
