SCAMPI ALA ANTUL 
2 lb. lg. shrimp, cleaned & deveined (only leave shell on the tail)
1 stick butter
6-8 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Fresh lemon

Melt butter. Add garlic and saute. Add the shrimp and cook 8-10 minutes. Before taking shrimp out of pan add parsley and lemon. Great with angel hair pasta and tossed salad.
