GRANDMA J'S CHICKEN BROCCOLI
CORNBREAD STUFFING CASSEROLE
 
4 pieces chicken breast
1 box cornbread stuffing mix, cooked
Frozen or fresh broccoli, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. salad dressing

Combine soup, broth, and salad dressing. Alternate broccoli, chicken, and cornbread mix in pan, ending with the cornbread stuffing. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, 30-60 minutes.
